Della Louise PATTON

LaVergne, TN resident and Warren County native Della Louise Patton, age 88, was born June 22, 1922 and died January 14, 2011 at Middle Tennessee Medical Center in Murfreesboro, TN following an extended illness. A retired employee of Kings Department Store, she was the daughter of the late Jewell and Mary Ester Dodd Parsley. She was married to Lloyd Miller Patton who preceded her in death May 21, 1998. In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by one sister, Odell McCord. She is survived by one daughter and son-in-law, Patricia and Steve Stone of LaVergne, TN; two granddaughters and grandson-in-law, Monica S. Stone of LaVergne, TN and Kimberly and Steven Davis of Manchester, TN; three great-grandchildren, Austin, McKenzie and Skylar; two sisters, Delilah Hasse of Murfreesboro, TN and Evelyn Knutson of Iowa and brother and sister-in-law, Paul and Betty Parsley of Murfreesboro, TN. Funeral service was held at 3:00 p.m. Monday, January 17, 2011 in High's Parlor with Danny Barnes officiating. Burial followed in the Mt. View Cemetery.
