Herbert Wayne STARKEY

McMinnville resident and Warren County native Herbert Wayne Starkey, age 53, was born June 1, 1958 and died October 15, 2011 at St. Thomas Hospital in Nashville, TN following a brief illness. An employee of Forest Nursery and member of the Church of Christ, he was the son of Alford and Nellie Starkey of McMinnville. In addition to his parents, he is survived by one brother and sister-in-law, Billy and Joyce Starkey of McMinnville; uncles and aunts, Clifford and Khyva Starkey, Hugh Starkey, Isabell Bouldin and Morris Hennessee all of McMinnville and Ann Starkey of Lakeland, FL and several cousins. Funeral service was held at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, October 18, 2011 in High's Chapel with David Costello officiating. Burial followed in the Smyrna Cemetery.
