Lois Ann Bratcher Rutledge MILLIGAN

McMinnville resident Lois Ann Bratcher Rutledge Milligan, age 54, was born December 13, 1957 and died March 3, 2012 at Alive Hospice @ St. Thomas Hospital in Nashville TN following a brief illness. A retired employee of A.O. Smith and member of the Oak Grove Church of Christ, she was the daughter of the late Woodrow Wilson and Emma Pauline Warren Bratcher. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by special friend, Jerry Rutledge, Sr. She was married to Charles Henry Milligan, Jr. of McMinnville. In addition to her husband, she is survived by one son, Jerry Rutledge, Jr. of McMinnville; step-daughter, Jessica Marie Milligan of Texas; step-son, Charles Gerald Milligan of Texas; brother, Jesse (Tabby) Bratcher of Hillsboro, TN; nephews, Johnathan, Christopher, Jarrett and Matthew Bratcher; niece, Addison Bratcher; brother-in-law, Tommy Milligan of McMinnville and sister-in-law, Julia Sullivan of Murfreesboro, TN. Funeral service was held at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, March 7, 2012 in High's Chapel. Burial followed in the Oak Grove Cemetery.
