Morrison, TN resident and Warren County native Willie Harold Teeters, age 86, was born October 10, 1925 and died July 13, 2012 at his residence following an extended illness. A retired employee of Powermatic, United States Army veteran of WWII and member of the Locust Street Church of God, he was the son of the late John Clyde and Ida Caroline Turner Teeters. He was married May 27, 1946 to Evelyn Loretta Smith Teeters who preceded him in death February 5, 2008. In addition to his wife and parents, he was preceded in death by two daughters, Regina Fields and Jada Loretta Teeters; three brothers and three sisters. He is survived by two daughters and sons-in-law, Debra and Larry Fults of Morrison, TN and Tanis and George Panter of McMinnville; son and daughter-in-law, Phillip Harold and Shannon Teeters of Morrison, TN; nine grandchildren, Lori Lawrence, Larry Fults, Jr., Stephen Bess, Scott Bess, Jodi Barnes, Cyd McMillen and Haley, Hilary and Heidy-Lin Teeters; thirteen great-grandchildren, one great-great-granddaughter and several nieces and nephews. Funeral service was held at 4:00 p.m. Sunday, July 15, 2012 in High's Chapel with Roland Sharp officiating. Burial followed in the Morrison Cemetery with full military honors administered by the American Legion Post 173 and VFW Post 5064.
