Margie Vanatta BLEVINS

Sevierville, TN resident and Warren County native Margie Vanatta Blevins, age 84, was born February 5, 1928 and died August 1, 2012 at Sevier County Health Care Center in Sevierville, TN following a short illness. A seamstress and a member of the Church of God, she was the daughter of the late William Jake and Zora Myrtle Keith Vanatta. She was married November 11, 1989 to Robert Marion Blevins who preceded her in death March 29, 2008. In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by one sister, Willie Irene Wease. She is survived by nieces and nephews, Joyce Johnson of Sevierville, TN, Jimmy Wease of Albany, GA, Jean Davidson of Lansing, TN and Charles Ogle of Nashville, TN; great-niece, Tracey Eaton of Sevierville, TN and great-great-nephew, Matthew Eaton of Sevierville, TN. Funeral service was held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, August 4, 2012 in High's Chapel with Rev. Jimmy Wease officiating. Burial followed in the Gath Cemetery.
