Margaret GOLDEN

McMinnville resident and Blytheville, AR native Margaret Golden, age 78, was born July 29, 1934 and died August 14, 2012 at River Park Hospital following a sudden illness. A homemaker, she was the daughter of the late Horace and Gladys Pritchard Floyd. She was married January 19, 1952 to Billy Eugene Golden who preceded her in death July 27, 2006. In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by one son, Lee Golden; granddaughter, Angela Golden and two sisters, Betty Jones and Dorothy Steele. She is survived by one son and daughter-in-law, Billy and Donna Golden of Morrison, TN; daughter and son-in-law, Suzanne and Charles Hunter of McMinnville; four grandchildren, Melanie Dillon of Lebanon, TN, Christopher Golden of Smyrna, TN, Kyle Summers of Columbus, GA and Chance Hunter of McMinnville; four step-grandchildren; three great-grandchildren, Bella, John and Marci and four step-great-grandchildren. Funeral service was held at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, August 18, 2012 with David Gann officiating. Burial followed in the Smyrna Cemetery.
