Bobby Clark Sweeton

McMinnville resident and Warren County native Bobby Clark Sweeton, age 55, was born June 9, 1957 and died October 3, 2012 at St. Thomas Hospital in Nashville, TN following an extended illness. A painter and member of the Baptist Church, he was the son of Betty Jean Sweeton of McMinnville and the late Elmer Rolston Sweeton. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by one brother, Jimmy Randall Sweeton. In addition to his mother, he is survived by one daughter and son-in-law, April and William Farless of McMinnville; two sons and daughter-in-law, Craig Sweeton and Jonathan and Demita Sweeton both of Morrison, TN; seven grandchildren; two brothers, Dewayne Sweeten of the Vervilla Community and Johnny Sweeton of the Midway Community; two sisters, Carolyn Fults and Rebecca Ross both of McMinnville; half-brother, Jerry Farless of Woodbury, TN and special friend, Lisa Melton of McMinnville. Funeral service was held at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, October 6, 2012 in High's Chapel with Tony Roberts officiating. Burial followed in the Wesley Chapel Cemetery in Coffee County, TN. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the family to assist with funeral expenses.
