Mary Alice Burch

McMinnville resident Mary Alice Burch, age 71, was born January 21, 1941 and died January 11, 2013 at her residence following a brief illness. A homemaker, she was the daughter of the late James and Hazel Wheeler Romine. She was married September 8, 1958 to Earl F. Burch who preceded her in death February 9, 2008. In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by one sister, Shirley Bond and brothers, Tommy Rambo and Kirk Romine. She is survived by three children, Patty (Nickey) Coppinger of McMinnville, Lisa (Mickey) Bess of the Irving College Community and Tracy (Roni) Burch of the Centertown Community; grandchildren, Amber McMillen, Kaine Robinson, Dana Hay, Chandi Nunley, Josh Burch, Lacey Bess and Kaylin Burch; great-grandchildren, Kyler Robinson, Kacen Nunley, Lucas McMillen, Taylor Hay, Kelby Nunley, Riley Hay, Colton Burch and Aylah Skye; Meme's weenie dog, Dixie Dew; five sisters, Brenda Cantrell of Morrison, TN, Brenda Shattuck and Bobbie Nolen both of Florida, Judy Gillespie of McMinnville and Debbie McCraken and brothers, Hank Romine of Arkansas and Johnny Rambo of McMinnville. Funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, January 12, 2013 in High's Chapel with David Lance officiating. Burial will follow in the Walling Cemetery in Van Buren County, TN. Visitation will be held from 11:00 a.m. until time of service Saturday at High's.
