Charlie Lewis Stembridge

McMinnville resident and Warren County native Charlie Lewis Stembridge, age 74, was born May 16, 1938 and died January 14, 2013 at Raintree Manor Nursing Home following an extended illness. Mr. Stembridge was a United States Army veteran and member of Central Church of Christ, where he was a retired custodian. He was the son of the late Joe and Linnie Kirby Stembridge. He was married to Irene Crouch Stembridge of McMinnville who survives. Funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, January 16, 2013 in High's Chapel with Ben Bailey and Nestor Stewart officiating. Interment will follow in the Mt. View Cemetery with full military honors administered by the VFW Post 5064 and American Legion Post 173. Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Tuesday and 12:00 p.m. until time of service Wednesday at High's.
