Edna Mae Dillon

Rock Island, TN resident and Warren County native Edna Mae Dillon, age 92, was born December 7, 1920 and died February 14, 2013 at River Park Hospital following a sudden illness. A retired employee of Levi Corporation, she was the daughter of the late Jess and Maude Moffitt Taylor. She was married to Willis Roy Dillon who preceded her in death August 15, 1986. In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by two sisters, Jessie Lois Hitchcock and Susie Lee White; and son-in-law, David Jaco. She is survived by two daughters and sons-in-law, Shirley and Robert Norris of Rock Island, TN and Patsy and Benny McDonald of Doyle, TN; five grandchildren and their spouses, Randy and Susan Jaco of Morrison, TN, Vicki and Jeff Martin of Lascassas, TN, Monty and Jamye Jaco of McMinnville, Brandon and Stacie McDonald of Doyle, TN and Bethnie and Jim Fox of Knoxville, TN; ten great-grandchildren and five great-great-grandchildren; one step-granddaughter, Deborah Gann and husband Randall of Morrison, TN; two step-great-grandchildren and two step-great-great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews also survive. Funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, February 17, 2013 in High's Chapel with Rev. James Dukes and Jeff Kesley officiating. Burial will follow in Mt. View Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. Saturday and from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service Sunday at High's.
