Johnny Lynn Coppinger

McMinnville resident and Warren County native Johnny Lynn Coppinger, age 50, was born October 1, 1962 and died March 30, 2013 at his residence following a sudden illness. A member of Arlington Church of Christ, he was the son of Billie Frances Coppinger of McMinnville and the late Francis "J.C." Coppinger. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Frank and Stella Coppinger and maternal grandparents, Bill and Bessie Drake. In addition to his mother, he is survived by two brothers, Barry Coppinger and Jimmy Carlos Coppinger both of McMinnville; two sisters and brothers-in-law, Barbara and Ora Cook of the Centertown Community and Regina and Steve Russell of Van Buren County, TN; and several nieces, nephews and cousins. Funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, April 2, 2013 in High's Chapel with Wayne Cantrell officiating. Burial will follow in the Salem Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 1:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. Monday and 9:00 a.m. until time of service Tuesday at High's.
