Livy Dearing Hill Hoover

Sevierville, TN resident and Warren County, TN native Livy Dearing Hill Hoover, age 84, was born April 13, 1928 and died April 12, 2013 at Wellington Place in Sevierville, TN following an extended illness. A homemaker and a member of Central Church of Christ, she was the daughter of the late Livingston Dearing and Edna Hunter Hill. She was married to Dave Ramsey Hoover who preceded her in death March 2, 1991. She is survived by one daughter, Randa Miner of Sevierville, TN; and two grandchildren, Ashley Laura Miner of Morristown, TN and John Forrest Miner of Sevierville, TN. A graveside service and interment will be held at 3:00 p.m. Sunday, April 14, 2013 in Mt. View Cemetery with Ben Bailey officiating. Visitation will be from 1:00 p.m. until 2:45 pm Sunday at High's. Memorial donations may be made to the Savage Gulf Preservation League.
