McMinnville resident and Warren County native Earlene B. Doak, age 84, was born April 8, 1929 and died April 11, 2013 at Health Central Hospital in Ocoee, FL following a sudden illness. A retired Bookkeeper with McMinnville Concrete Company and member of the St. Mary's Church of Christ, she was the daughter of the late Athelia Boyd Barnes. In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by two sisters, Olivene Moffitt and Edna Brady and brother, Lowell Barnes. Mrs. Doak was chairwoman of the Warren County A & L Fair Beauty Pageant for fifty years. All members of the Warren County A & L Fair are requested to be honorary pall bearers. She is survived by a daughter, Patricia D. Mullican of Winter Garden, FL; two grandsons, Patrick (Deidre) Mullican of Winter Garden, FL and Ryan (Jill) Mullican of Denver, CO; two great-grandchildren, Olivia Mullican and Molly Mullican both of Winter Garden, FL; nieces, Diane McCullough of Cumming, GA and Brenda Cantrell of Union Grove, AL and several other nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Monday, April 15, 2013 in High's Chapel with Jeff McCullough and Jerry Roberts officiating. Burial will follow in the Hebron Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Sunday and 11:00 a.m. until time of service Monday at High's. Memorial contributions may be made to Meals on Wheels or Hebron Cemetery Fund both c/o High's.
