Leonard "Bob" Greeno

July 21, 1934 — April 16, 2013

Rock Island, TN resident and Mulberry, IN native Leonard "Bob" Greeno, age 78, was born July 21, 1934 and died April 16, 2013 at the Veteran's Administration Hospital in Nashville, TN following a two-week illness. A custodian at the Warren County Courthouse and an eighteen-year United States Army veteran of Vietnam, he was the son of the late Kenneth and Harriett Elizabeth Stewart Greeno. He was married to Betty June Bouldin Greeno who preceded him in death. In addition to his wife and parents, he was preceded in death by a son, Preston Eugene Greeno. Mr. Greeno was a member of VFW Post 5064, Moose Lodge and Fraternal Order of Eagles. He is survived by two sons and daughters-in-law, Robert and Myra Greeno of McMinnville and Lynn and Amanda Greeno of Dudley, NC; four grandchildren, Monica Schoeneck of Morganfield, KY, Dakota Greeno of Dallas, TX and Adalyn Greeno and Jackson Greeno both of Dudley, NC; two step-grandchildren, Jerry Ferrell of St. George, UT and Justin Peterson of Dudley, NC; three great-grandchildren, Katie Enlow, Emely Schoeneck and Brody Schoeneck all of Morganfield, KY; brother, Donnie Greeno of Tickard, IN and several nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be held at 3:00 p.m. Saturday, April 20, 2013 in High's Chapel with Rick Lyles officiating. Burial will follow in the Crain Hill Cemetery in Van Buren County, TN with full military honors administered by the VFW Post 5064 and American Legion Post 173. Visitation will be held from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Friday and 10:00 a.m. until time of service Saturday at High's.
