Raymond McBride

Morrison, TN resident and Grundy County, TN native Raymond McBride, age 71, was born February 28, 1942 and died June 4, 2013 at River Park Hospital following a three-month illness. A construction worker and member of the Methodist Church, he was the son of the late Roy Lee and Dorothy Irene Myers McBride. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Daisy Bileal and grandfather, Claude McBride. He was married June 8, 1964 to Marcie McBride of the Mt. Zion Community. In addition to his wife, he is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, Travis and Angela McBride of Chicago, IL; daughter, Tracy Renee McBride of the Mt. Zion Community; grandchildren, Linnea McBride and Elsa McBride; four brothers, Clinton McBride of Michigan, Glenn (Brenda) McBride of Alabama and Gary (Kay) Willis and Ricky (Mary) Willis both of McMinnville; two sisters, Helen Butcher and Shirley (Danny) Matheny both of McMinnville; loving mother-in-law, Florence Suntres of Melrose Park, IL and sisters-in-law, Peggy Anderson of Melrose Park, IL and Tammie (John) Hoeksema of Des Plains, IL. Funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Friday, June 7, 2013 in High's Chapel with Billy Campbell officiating. Burial will follow in the Mt. Zion Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 4:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. Thursday and 10:00 a.m. until time of service Friday at High's. Memorial contributions may be made to Warren County Relay For Life c/o High's.
