Geraldine Johnson Waddell

McMinnville resident and Warren County native Geraldine Johnson Waddell, age 80, was born July 25, 1932 and died June 10, 2013 at Raintree Manor Nursing Home following an extended illness. A retired employee of Formfit Rogers and member of the Bybee Branch Church of Christ, she was the daughter of the late James H. and Ruth Duke. Mrs. Waddell was married to Pete Waddell of McMinnville who survives. In addition to her husband, she is survived by a daughter, Lynette Curtis of McMinnville and two grandchildren, Ashlyn Curtis and Kiley Curtis both of McMinnville. Funeral service will be held at 3:00 p.m. Thursday, June 13, 2013 in High's Chapel with Tony Lawrence officiating. Burial will follow in the Long Cemetery in Van Buren County, TN. Visitation will be held from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Wednesday and 11:00 a.m. until time of service Thursday at High's.
