Barbara Jean Johnson

McMinnville, TN resident and Warren County, TN native Barbara Jean Johnson, age 74, was born March 4, 1939 and died June 30, 2013 at her residence following a two-month illness. A homemaker and a member of Victory Free Baptist Church, she was the daughter of the late Henry and Wilsie Dora Crownover Paige. She was married November 1990 to Roger Lynn Johnson of McMinnville. In addition to her husband, she is survived by two daughters and son-in-law, Rhonda Martin of McMinnville and Brenda and Dan Skelton of McMinnville; four grandchildren, Roger Martin, Ryan Martin, Shane and Kylie Medley and Shayla Jean Medley all of McMinnville; and three great-grandchildren, Brett, Cameron and Alea Martin. Funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, July 2, 2013 in High's Chapel with Roger Johnson officiating. Burial will follow in Mt. View Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 12:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. Monday and from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service Tuesday at High's.
