Joey Wayne Smith

McMinnville, TN resident and North Madison, OH native Joey Wayne Smith, age 40, was born June 29, 1973 and died suddenly July 1, 2013 at River Park Hospital. A welder with Tennsmith, Inc., he was the son of Glenda Johnson of McMinnville and the late Ronnie Lee Smith. In addition to his mother, he is survived by daughter, Evie Reigh Lynn Myers of McMinnville; paternal grandmother, Clemma Pendergrass of McMinnville; maternal grandmother, Alliene Leonheart of Rock Island, TN; aunt, Christine Bounds of McMinnville; cousin, Lisa Childress of McMinnville; and several other aunts, uncles and cousins. A memorial service will be announced at a later date.
