Sylvia Bolin

Sylvia Bolin, age 86, a Rock Island, TN resident and Warren County, TN native was born October 16, 1926 and died August 10, 2013 at River Park Hospital. She was a homemaker and member of the Church of Christ, daughter of the late Anderson Monroe and Louise Crim Gribble. She was married to Leslie Harold Bolin who preceded her in death August 1, 1988. In addition to her parents and husband she was preceded in death by three brothers, Howard, Robert and Jewell Gribble and three sisters, Nona Morgan, Georgia Coffee and Jessie Dee DellaRossa. She is survived by three sisters, Betty (Johnnie) McCormick, Ozean Crum and Flossie Sadler all of McMinnville, TN. Several nieces and nephews also survive. Funeral service will be 1:00 p.m. Sunday in High's Chapel with Jackie Matheny officiating. Interment to follow in Mt. View Cemetery on Hwy. 30. Visitation will be 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Saturday and 9:00 a.m. Sunday until time of service.
