Mildred Imogene Hamby

McMinnville, TN resident and Warren County, TN native Mildred Imogene Hamby, age 84, was born February 24, 1929 and died September 19, 2013 at Raintree Manor. A child care provider and a member of the Baptist Church, she was the daughter of the late James Roy and Mary Lou Roller Bost. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by four brothers, Willie, John, Julius and Clarence Bost; and two sisters, Lila Mae Couch and Myrtle Bost. She was married July 25, 1952 to Ralph Hamby of McMinnville. In addition to her husband, she is survived by two sisters, Verna Aline West and Evelyn McCormick both of McMinnville; brother, Marshall Lee Bost of McMinnville; several nieces and nephews; and sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Macie and Arnold Graves of Gainesville, GA. Funeral service will be held at 3:00 p.m. Saturday, September 21, 2013 in High's Chapel with Doug Bost and Eddie Lee Reed, Jr. officiating. Burial will follow in Mt. View Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Friday and from 1:00 p.m. until the time of service Saturday at High's.
