Christopher "Biggin" Young

McMinnville, TN resident and DeKalb County, TN native Christopher "Biggin" Young was born July 2, 1977 and died October 5, 2013 at Vanderbilt University Medical Center from a sudden illness. An employee of Yorozu and a member of the Baptist Church, he was the son of Glen and Sharon Bess Young of Smithville, TN. He was married October 28, 1999 to Misty Lynn Young of McMinnville. In addition to his wife and parents, he is survived by son, Johnathan Tyler Lynn of McMinnville; daughter, Ashley Suzanne Young of McMinnville; paternal grandmother, Orthana Young of Smithville, TN; two brothers, Jerry Michael (Amanda) Lee of Alabama and Ronald Chad (Kendra Hill) Young of Morrison, TN; sister, Tamara (Daniel) Dodson of Smithville, TN; several nieces and nephews; mother-in-law, Dortha Elkins of McMinnville; grandmother-in-law, Sue Dixon of McMinnville; and brother-in-law, Cory (Shelley Farless) Sullivan of McMinnville. He was preceded in death by brother, Terry Brandon Lee. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
