Oma Kirby Judkins

McMinnville, TN resident and Warren County, TN native Oma Kirby Judkins, age 91, was born August 25, 1922 and died October 20, 2013 at River Park Hospital. Retired from Formfit Rogers with thirty-six years of service, and a member of East End Church of Christ, she was the daughter of the late Robert P. and Frances Novella McGinness Kirby. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by three brothers, Loren, R.G. and Clendon Kirby; and two sisters, Ona Cantrell and Clara Bryant. She is survived by daughter and son-in-law, Geri and Chris Sadowski of Westerville, OH; son, Michael Allen Judkins of McMinnville; six grandchildren, fifteen great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren; niece, Violet Jo Turner of McMinnville; and two nephews, David Kirby of McMinnville and Glendon Cantrell of Smithville, TN. Funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, October 23, 2013 in High's Chapel with Kevin Key officiating. Burial will follow in Whorton Springs Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Tuesday and from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service Wednesday at High's. Memorial donations may be made to WSOJ Radio.
