Hazel Marie Rutledge

McMinnville, TN resident and Warren County, TN native Hazel Marie Rutledge, age 79, was born September 18, 1934 and died October 21, 2013 at her residence following an extended illness. A homemaker and a member of the Church of Christ, she was the daughter of the late Johnny Edward and Mabel Beatrice King O'Neal. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by four children, Gary, Ricky, Ronnie and Darla Templeton. She is survived by son, Carl Templeton of McMinnville; two sisters, Lois McCormick and Jane Lewis both of McMinnville; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be held at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, October 23, 2013 in High's Chapel with Jason Brown officiating. Burial will follow in Smyrna Cemetery. Visitation will be from 3:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Tuesday and from 9:00 a.m. until the time of service Wednesday at High's.
