Kaimen Hunter Collins

McMinnville resident and Warren County native Kaimen Hunter Collins, age 17, was born March 26, 1996 and died December 1, 2013. A Senior at Warren County High School and member of the Pioneer Community Church, he was the son of Kim Dykes of McMinnville and Glen Collins of Murfreesboro, TN. Kaimen was an avid basketball player and loved watching college and professional basketball. He had been accepted to MTSU for the fall term to study Computer Science. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Buck Perry. In addition to his mother and father, he is survived by step-father, Steve Dykes of McMinnville; sister, Kaitom Tanner and Broc Matthews of Murfreesboro, TN; step-mother, Michelle Collins of Murfreesboro, TN; half-brother, Josh (Nicole) Collins of California; maternal grandparents, Janie and Charlie Adams of McMinnville; uncles and aunts, Kent and Betty Perry of McMinnville, Beau James Perry of Kansas, Cherri and Randy Taylor, Charlie and Kelli Adams, Jr. and Ricky and Donna Collins all of McMinnville and several other aunts, uncles, cousins and family members. Funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, December 4, 2013 in High's Chapel with Gary Few officiating. Burial will follow in the Mt. View Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 4:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. Tuesday and 10:00 a.m. until time of service Wednesday at High's.
