Nathaniel Hampton Farrar

Murfreesboro, Tennessee resident and McMinnville native, Nathaniel Hampton Farrar, born December 6, 1968, died suddenly on December 8, 2013 at St. Thomas Rutherford Hospital in Murfreesboro, TN. A teacher at Vol State Community College and a member of Central Church of Christ, he was the son of Frank Farrar and Judy Mingle both of McMinnville. In addition to his father and mother, he is survived by step-father, Walter Mingle of McMinnville; brother and sister-in-law, Bryan and Stacey McBride of Spring Hill, TN; niece and nephew, Winston McBride and Braelynn McBride both of Spring Hill, TN; and several uncles and cousins. Funeral service will be held at 2:30 p.m. Thursday, December 12, 2013 at the Farrar residence, 349 W. Main St., McMinnville, with Ben Bailey officiating. Burial will follow in Mt. View Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 12:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. Thursday at the Farrar residence. In lieu of flowers, Memorial donations may be made to Warren County Relay For Life.
