McMinnville, TN resident and Warren County, TN native Johnnie Sue Paris, age 75, was born May 13, 1938 and died February 5, 2014 at River Park Hospital following a sudden illness. A retired employee of DeZurik, a homemaker and farmer, and a member of the Church of Christ, she was the daughter of the late Marcus Paul and Margie Lee Clendenon Woodlee. She was married July 4, 1961 to Clyde Eugene Paris who preceded her in death January 26, 2013. In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by sister, Carmen Cagle; and two brothers, Buford and Perry Woodlee. She is survived by three sisters and brothers-in-law, Nelma and W.C. Chilton, Sarah Frances Woodlee, and Nona and Ken Martin all of McMinnville; half-sister, Mamie McGee of Altamont, TN; and several nieces and nephews also survive. Funeral service will be held at 3:30 p.m. Saturday, February 8, 2014 in High's Chapel with James Nelson and Steve Hillis officiating. Burial will follow in Mt. View Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Friday and from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service Saturday at High's.
