Lola Mae Davis

Lola Mae Davis, age 98, a Rock Island, TN resident and Warren County, TN native died February 27, 2014 at NHC Healthcare, McMinnville following an extended illness. She was the daughter of the late Morgan and Martha Jones Mooneyham, a homemaker and member of the Baptist Church. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband of fifty-five years, Zollie Ray Davis in 1990 and son, Wilson Ray "Bunion" Davis. Mrs. Davis is survived by two sons, Anthony Wade Davis of Rock Island, TN and Luther Wayne Davis of McMinnville; daughter, Treva Holland of McMinnville; seven grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren and six great-great grandchildren. Funeral service will be 11:00 a.m. Saturday, March 1, 2014 in High's Chapel with Steve Breedlove officiating. Interment to follow in Friendship Cemetery in Warren County. Visitation will be 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Friday, February 28, 2014 and Saturday at 9:00 a.m. until time of service at High's.
