Thomas Harrison "Rabbit" Sullens, age 84, a McMinnville, TN resident and Davidson County, TN native died February 27, 2014 at his residence following an extended illness. He was the son of the late, Walter Lee and Annie Frances Stembridge Sullens, owner of Bonner St. T.V., lifetime member of the Warren County Rescue Squad and member of East End Church of Christ. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by step-mother, Eliza Mitchell Sullens, brother and sister-in-law, Noel and Martha Sullens and sister and brother-in-law, Marjorie and Ivery Hodges. Mr. Sullens was married November 28, 1947 to Thelma Louise Cantrell Sullens who survives. He is also survived by children and spouses, Wayne (Judy) Sullens, McMinnville; Joyce Watson, Cookeville, TN; Frances (David) Taylor, Woodbury, TN and Carl (Vonda) Sullens of Murfreesboro, TN; eight grandchildren, Tresa (Jeff) Harrison, Rhonda (James) Greenwood, Christie (Eric) Fisk, Bradley Sullens, Bradford (Melanie) Watson, Chad Sullens, Krystal Sullens and Leigh Ann Taylor; nine great-grandchildren, Chelsea Pinkham, Jacob Fisk, Nicholas Fisk, Sarah Greenwood, Ashton Greenwood, Christian Harrison, Paige Greenwood, Caleb Fisk and Camden Watson; one great-great-grandson, Eli Pinkham; four step-grandchildren, Scottie Lockhart, Cory Lockhart, Trevor Lawson and Jenifer Lawson, five step-great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be 2:00 p.m. Sunday, March 2, 2014 in High's Chapel with Jim Boyd and Kevin Key to officiate. Interment will follow in Mt. View Cemetery. Visitation will be 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Saturday, March 1, 2014 and 12:00 p.m. Sunday until time of service at High's.
