Lucy Emma Roberts Cunningham

McMinnville resident and Warren County native Lucy Emma Roberts Cunningham, age 79, was born June 21, 1934 and died March 1, 2014 at River Park Hospital following a brief illness. A homemaker and member of the Hebron Church of Christ, she was the daughter of the late Dredman and Beulah Madewell Roberts. She was married to Fred Cunningham who preceded her in death August 14, 1993. In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Anthony D. Cunningham; brothers, Jesse D., George A., Charles, Waymon and Mack Roberts and sister, Eva Jean Nunley. Mrs. Cunningham is survived by one son, Tom Cunningham and Darlene Campbell of McMinnville; two daughters, Sherri (John E.) Blair and Lisa Rubley both of McMinnville; three grandchildren, Beth Burnett, Laura Rubley and John Adam Blair; four great-grandchildren and two sisters, Gertrude Milstead and Mildred Barnes both of McMinnville. Funeral service will be held at 3:00 p.m. Tuesday at Hebron Church of Christ with Wayne Cantrell and Chris Perry officiating. Burial will follow in the Hebron Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 11:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m. Monday and 10:00 a.m. until 2:30 p.m. Tuesday at High's.
