Dixie Carol Martin

McMinnville, TN resident and Warren County, TN native Dixie Carol Martin, age 58, was born October 7, 1955 and died April 14, 2014 at River Park Hospital following a sudden illness.The manager at Sav-A-Lot Tobacco Shoppe and a member of the Baptist Church, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Oma Lea Rhea Womack.She was married January 19, 1980 to Glenn "Hammer" Martin of McMinnville. In addition to her husband, she is survived by four sons, Shane Martin and fiancee Angie Womack, Richey Woodlee and wife Amber, Damon Woodlee, and Travis Martin and wife Glenda all of McMinnville; fourteen grandchildren, Dwight Woodlee, Olivia Woodlee, Rheagan Woodlee, Sophia Woodlee, Japheth Woodlee, Emily Woodlee, Thomas Woodlee, Ashur Woodlee, Wyatt Martin, Clara Martin, Caitie Adams, Ivy Womack, Dayton Bryant and Lili Silva; brother and sister-in-law, Ronnie and Jan Womack of Manchester, TN; sister and brother-in-law, Sharon and Eddie Hillis of McMinnville; and several nieces and nephews also survive.Funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Friday, April 18, 2014 in High's Chapel with Damon Woodlee officiating. Burial will follow in Womack Cemetery. Visitation will be from 2:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. Wednesday, from 8:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m. Thursday, and from 8:00 a.m. until the time of service Friday at High's.
