Jackie Paul Davidson

Morrison, TN resident Jackie Paul Davidson, age 68, was born April 12, 1946 in Test, CA and died May 24, 2014 at River Park Hospital following a sudden illness.He was a retired press operator at Yorozu corporation, a United States Army Veteran and a member of First Church of Jesus Christ Apostolic.  He was the son of the late James Ervin and Susie E. Thompson Davidson. He was  married December 17, 1989 to Mary Jane Judkins Davidson who preceded him in death July 10, 2004.  In addition to his parents and wife, he was preceded in death by grandson Denver Murphy, and sister, Bernice Slone.Mr. Davidson is survived by four children and their spouses, Anetta Murphy; McMinnville, TN, Elizabeth and Michael Hoch; McMinnville, TN, William Murphy; McMinnville, TN and James and Michelle Davidson; McMinnville, TN, twelve grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren, two sisters, Beverly Clark; Louisiana and Debbie Farless; McMinnville, TN, four brothers, Arthur Lawrence; Alaska, Eddie Lawrence; Michigan, Timothy Judkins; Indiana, Stephen Judkins; Nashville, TN and several nieces, nephews and cousins also survive.Funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday May 27, 2014 in High's Chapel with Jason Nunley officiating. Burial will follow in Gardens of Memory Cemetery with full military honors administered by VFW Post 5064 and American Legion Post 173. Visitation will be held from 9:00 a.m. until time of service Tuesday at High's.
