Jon Walter Dunn

McMinnville resident and Long Beach, CA native Jon Walter Dunn, age 59, was born July 8, 1954 and died June 16, 2014 at his residence following a sudden illness. Mr. Dunn was a retired gunsmith and United States Navy veteran. He was preceded in death by his father, Walter Howard Dunn; mother, Elizabeth Gloria Martorelli Dunn and two sisters, Kathy Moorhead and Shelia Dunn. He is survived by four sisters, Janice Moorhead of Washington, Barbara Dunn of France, Anita Dunn of McMinnville and Marla Dunn of Florida; nieces and nephews, Sean Smith, Russ Smith and Amanda Yeo all of Washington, Blake Woodlee and Jessica Seitz both of Murfreesboro, TN and Jon Miranda of Florida; numerous aunts, uncles and cousins and lifelong friend, Steve Goldstein of Florida. Funeral service will be held at 12:30 p.m. Friday, June 20, 2014 in High's Chapel with Harry Dunn officiating. Burial will be at 2:30 p.m. Friday at Evergreen Cemetery at 519 Greenland Dr. in Murfreesboro, TN. Visitation will be held from 11:00 a.m. until time of service Friday at High's.
