Carolyn Dorothy Holland

Carolyn Dorothy Holland, age 85, a Morrison, TN resident and Wapakoneta, OH native died July 25, 2014 at Manchester Health Care Center following an extended illness. She was a retired employee of G.C. Murphy Company, member of Lighthouse Bible Church and daughter of the late Vernon J. and Verba E. Waltz Ruck. She was married to Sebron Eston "Pete" Holland who preceded her in death May 31, 1992. In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by sister, Juanita J. Ruck and brother, Roger D. Ruck. Mrs. Holland is survived by nephew Christopher Ruck of Clever, MO; great-niece, Sarah Maggard of Oklahoma City, OK; great-nephew, Matthew Ruck of Clever, MO; four step-children, Carol Gore of North Carolina, Rosemary Charles of Spokane, WA, Dale Holland and Ron Holland of Lebanon, TN; 9 step-grandchildren and five step-great-grandchildren. Graveside Service will be 2:00 P.M. Thursday, July 31, 2014 at Old Zion Cemetery in White County, TN with Ralph Springer to officiate. Visitation will be 10:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. Thursday at High's.
