Candace Lee Ritz

McMinnville, TN resident and Worcester, Massachusetts native Candace Lee Ritz, age 53, was born January 9, 1961 and died September 22, 2014 at Bradford Health Service in Birmingham, AL. A homemaker and a member of St. Matthew's Episcopal Church, she was the daughter of Fredrick and Donna Krieger of Venice, FL. She was married to Gene Ritz of McMinnville. In addition to her husband and parents, she is survived by four children and their spouses, Travis and Katherine Ritz of Murfreesboro, TN, Tracey and Barry Heald of Prosper, TX, Jeremy and Chelsea Ritz of Murfreesboro, TN and Tori and Casey Pelham of McMinnville; five grandchildren, Parker Heald, Tatum Heald, Ella Ritz, Scarlett Ritz and Easton Pelham; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Rick and Julie Krieger of Orono, Minnesota and Ty and Trina Krieger of Lancaster, PA; and sister and brother-in-law, Shelly and Tom Duff of Lancaster, PA. A celebration of life will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, September 27, 2014 in High's Chapel with Bude Van Dyke officiating. Burial will follow in Gardens of Memory. Visitation will be from 12:00 p.m. until the time of service Saturday at High's. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association or Breast Cancer Awareness.
