Virginia Lee Evans

Virginia Lee Evans, age 76, a McMinnville, TN resident and Franklin County, TN native died November 5, 2014 at her residence following an illness of two years. She was a retired employee of McMinnville Garment Company and Aqua Tech, member of the Church of Christ and daughter of the late Coy and Ada Mae Gault Hall. Ms. Evans is survived by three sons, James (Phyllis) Weddington and Greg (Lorrie) Weddington of McMinnville and Lester (Diane) Evans of Van Buren County, TN; one daughter, Brenda (Omar) Delira of McMinnville; friend, James Evans of Van Buren County; eight grandchildren, Brittnie Markum, Matt Markum, Justin Evans, Megan Evans, Jacob Weddington, Kyle Rutledge, Kayla Rutledge and Austin Evans; one great-grandchild, Mattie Evans; three brothers, Billy Wayne Hall and Clyde D. Hall of Franklin County and Frank (Lucille) Hall of Coffee County; one sister, Clara Luttrell of Coffee County. Funeral service will be 2:00 p.m. Saturday, November 8, 2014 in High's Chapel with Mike Womack to officiate. Interment will follow in the Gardens of Memory Cemetery. Visitation will be 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Friday, November 7, 2014 and Saturday at 9:00 a.m. until time of service at High's. Memorials may be made to the funeral home for funeral expenses.
