Mary Jo Lance

Chalmette, LA resident and Warren County, TN native Mary Jo Lance, age 76, was born August 25, 1938 and died November 15, 2014 at Slidell Memorial Hospital in Slidell, LA. A retired employee of Aquatech and a member of Chalmette Church of Christ, she was the daughter of the late Roy Jackson and Eula Pearl Shirley Wilson, Sr. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by sister, Delores Rains; and brother, Roy Wilson, Jr. She is survived by three sons and daughters-in-law, Jackie "Jack" and Teresa Lance of McMinnville, Mark and Tina Lance of Chalmette, LA and Johnny and Lisa Lance of McMinnville; six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; and sister-in-law, Lizzie Wilson of Morrison, TN. Funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday, November 21, 2014 in High's Chapel with Garland Robinson and Jonathan Stubblefield officiating. Burial will follow in Trousdale Cemetery. Visitation will be from 2:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. Thursday and from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service Friday at High's.
