Shirley Dean Ware Crawley

Springfield, TN resident (former lifelong resident of Morrison, TN) and Warren County, TN native Shirley Dean Ware Crawley, age 75, was born August 6, 1939 and died January 24, 2015 at NHC Healthcare in Springfield, TN following an extended illness. A homemaker and member of the Morrison Church of Christ, she was the daughter of the late James Clifton and Nettie Beatrice Dennis Ware. She was married to Willard Wayne Crawley who preceded her in death August 16, 2000. In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Mary Lou Ware Laxson. Mrs. Crawley is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, David and Sandra Crawley of Springfield, TN; two grandchildren, Alesia Crawley and Emily Crawley both of Springfield, TN; two brothers, Charles Ware of Morrison, TN and Billy Ware of Alva, FL and sisters-in-law, Cindy Pearson of Morrison, TN and Donna Locke of McMinnville. Funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, January 27, 2015 in High's Chapel with Paul Meachum, Jr. officiating. Burial will follow in the Mt. View Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Monday and 9:00 a.m. until time of service Tuesday at High's.
