Dwana Frances Phifer

McMinnville resident and White County, TN native Dwana Frances Phifer, age 62, was born August 12, 1952 and died February 27, 2015 at River Park Hospital following a brief illness. A retired housekeeper with NHC McMinnville, she was the daughter of the late Emmitt Phifer and the late Doris Bradshaw Brogno. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, David Phifer and Albert Phifer. Mrs. Phifer is survived by a daughter, Kerrie Rigsby of McMinnville; granddaughter, Arenda Kiser of McMinnville; two nieces, Niki McBride of Louisiana and Jamie Phifer of McMinnville and two nephews, David Phifer of Sparta, TN and Justin Phifer of Florida. There will be no service or visitation for Mrs. Phifer at this time.
