Mary Elizabeth Curtis Pickreign

McMinnville, TN resident and Warren County, TN native Mary Elizabeth Curtis Pickreign, age 90, was born November 27, 1924 and died March 31, 2015 at her residence following a brief illness. A retired employee of McMinnville Garment Company and a member of West Riverside Church of Christ, she was the daughter of the late Lewis Allen and Louwretha Martin Smith. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by first husband, Ernest Curtis; second husband, Carroll Allen Pickreign; three sisters, Iva, Golda and Barbara; four brothers, Quim, Junior, Frank and David Smith; and special nephew, Joe Lynn DeLong. She is survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. Funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, April 2, 2015 in High's Chapel with Doris Hughes to officiate. Burial will follow in Smyrna Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Wednesday and from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service Thursday at High's.
