Robert Wayne Hill

Robert Wayne Hill, age 62, a McMinnville, TN resident and native died May 10, 2015 at Raintree Manor following an extended illness. He was a deputy with the Warren County Sheriff's Department, a U.S. Air Force veteran and son of the late Grady Howard and Mary Alice Sims Hill. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by brothers, Grady Howard Hill, Jr. and Joseph Lee Hill and grandson R.C. Merriman. Mr. Hill was married June 27, 1973 to Dianne Hall Hill who survives. He is also survived by three daughters, Sherry (Kevin) Creek, Robin Hill and Denise Hill and Charlie Merriman, all of McMinnville; three grandsons, Sylas Paul Hill, Thomas Ryder Hill and Amalek Merriman all of McMinnville; two sisters Ann (Wesley) Jones and Sandra England of McMinnville; three brothers, Randy Hill of Tullahoma, TN and David Hill and Jeff (Brenda) Hill of McMinnville. Funeral service will be 3:00 p.m. Tuesday, May 12, 2015 in High's Chapel with Bobby Pennington to officiate. Interment will follow in the Gardens of Memory Cemetery. Visitation will be 12:00 (Noon) Monday, May 11, 2015 until 9:00 p.m. and Tuesday at 9:00 a.m. until time of service at High's. Military Grave Rites will be conducted by V.F.W. Post 5064 and American Legion 173.
