Johnny Carl Bost

Morrison, TN resident and Warren County, TN native Johnny Carl Bost, age 69, was born April 16, 1946 and passed from this life May 14, 2015 at Cookeville Regional Medical Center following a brief illness. He was the son of the late John Roy Bost. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by brother, Alfred Moore; and sister, Janie Moore. He is survived by mother, Willie Maggart Fuston of Morrison, TN; sister, Teddie Fuston Greene of Morrison, TN; two nephews, Luke and Seth Greene both of Morrison, TN; four step-children; one uncle, two aunts, several cousins and friends; and beloved dog, Ugg. Mr. Bost was a retired maintenance engineer from Pillsbury Company. He graduated from Central High School, then served his country in the United States Army for two years in the mid-sixties. He was an avid spokesman for the Tennessee Trappers and Fur Association. Funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Sunday, May 17, 2015 in High's Chapel with Dave Dawson officiating. Burial will follow in Oak Grove Cemetery @ Barren Fork. Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Saturday and from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service Sunday at High's.
