Lana Marie Price

McMinnville, TN resident and Grundy County, TN native Lana Marie Price, age 71, was born October 24, 1943 and died June 18, 2015 at her residence following an extended illness. Retired from General Motors, she was the daughter of the late Hyman Lanton and Velma Carlene Brown Price. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by life partner, Clarence Daniel Holt; and two sons, Phillip Thomas Smith and Brian Lee Smith. She is survived by son, Richard L. Smith of Maryland; daughter, Andrea Jo Smith Holt of McMinnville; nine grandchildren, one adopted granddaughter, three great-grandsons and three step-daughters all of McMinnville; two step-sons of McMinnville and Ohio; brother, Phillip Buster Price of Grundy County, TN; and sister, Billy Jo Price of Grundy County, TN. Funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, June 30, 2015 in High's Chapel with Richard Smith officiating. Burial will follow in Grace Chapel Cemetery, Grundy County, TN. Visitation will be from 12:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. Monday and from 9:00 a.m until the time of service Tuesday at High's.
