Thomas Jay McCullough Southard

McMinnville, TN resident and Davidson County, TN native Thomas Jay McCullough Southard, age 49, was born March 22, 1966 and died June 24, 2015 at St. Thomas West Hospital in Nashville, TN following an extended illness. An employee of A.O. Smith and a member of the Church of Christ, he was the son of the late James Samuel and Loretta Marie Tucker McCullough. He is survived by financee, Peggy Rose of McMinnville; two sons and daughter-in-law, Colte and Morgan Southard of McMinnville, and Chris Southard of McMinnville; two grandchildren, Addara and Chase Southard; four brothers, Gerald McCullough of Cotton Town, TN, Eddie and Timmy McCullough both of Nashville, TN, and Johnny McCullough of Joelton, TN; and several nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
