Nancy Gail Dodson

McMinnville, TN resident and Warren County, TN native Nancy Gail Dodson, age 62, was born April 14, 1953 and died suddenly June 29, 2015 at her residence. The owner and operator of Gary & Gail's Pit Stop and a member of the Baptist Church, she was married to Gary Lee Dodson who also passed away on June 29, 2015. She was the daughter of Hubert Turner of McMinnville and the late Della Curtis Turner. In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by son, Shane Allen Dodson; brother-in-law, Phillip Martin; and sister-in-law, Karen Layne. In addition to her father, she is survived by two daughters, Kelly Cooke and Amber Dodson both of McMinnville; son, Ethan Turner of McMinnville; son-in-law, Donnie Fults of McMinnville; five grandchildren, Brianna Cooke, Jocelyn Jones, Cody Cooke, Maci Fults and Chase Fults; two sisters and brother-in-law, Diane and Harry Grissom of McMinnville and Evelyn Martin of McMinnville; brother, Bud Turner of McMinnville; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday, July 3, 2015 in High's Chapel with Dustin Drake and Jon Kent officiating. Burial will follow in Smyrna Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m Thursday and from 9:00 a.m. until 1:30 p.m. Friday at High's. Donations accepted for assistance with funeral expenses.
