Robert "Bobby" Seals

Rock Island, TN resident and Grundy County, TN native Robert "Bobby" Seals, age 77, was born December 28, 1937 and died July 25, 2015 at River Park Hospital following a sudden illness. Retired from Duramatic and a United States Army veteran, he was the son of the late Robert Lee and Easter Claudia Cantrell Seals. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by brother, Jim Ed Seals; and sister, Nell Seals. He was married November 24, 1971 to Kathy Seals of Rock Island, TN. In addition to his wife, he is survived by four children and spouses, Barry Seals of McMinnville, Tammy Coppinger and Jason Campbell, Margaret and Richie Taylor, and Callie and T.J. Ray all of Rock Island, TN; seven grandchildren, Katy Taylor, Alisha Taylor, Logan Taylor, Matthew Coppinger, Sarah Ray, Briana Ray and Bella Ray; and brother and sister-in-law, Barton and Lynn Seals of Rock Island, TN. A memorial visitation will be Saturday, August 1, 2015 from 10:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. at Campaign Community Center. There will be no visitation or service at High's.
