Arthur Pete Waddell

McMinnville, TN resident and Pennington, VA native Arthur Pete Waddell, age 82, was born February 18, 1933 and died September 23, 2015 at Raintree Manor following an extended illness. Retired from Sav-A-Lot and a member of the Church of Christ, he was the son of the late Emmett and Ollie Russell Waddell. He was married to Geraldine Johnson Waddell who preceded him in death June 10, 2013. He is survived by step-daughter, Lynnette Curtis of McMinnville; two step-grandchildren, Ashlyn & Kiley Curtis both of McMinnville; and sister, Vivian Ferrell of Murfreesboro, TN. Funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, September 25, 2015 in High's Chapel with Tony Lawrence officiating. Burial will follow in Webb Cemetery. Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m. Thursday and from 9:00 a.m. until the time of service Friday at High's.
