"Butch" Charles Howard Fults

"Butch" Charles Howard Fults, age 67, a McMinnville, TN native and resident died October 8, 2015 at NHC Healthcare, McMinnville following an extended illness. He was a retired employee of Dunlap Tree Service and son of Annie Beatrice Elkins Fults of McMinnville and the late John Henry Russell Fults. In addition to his father he was preceded in death by brother, Tommy Fults. Mr. Fults was married to June Muncey Fults who survives. He is also survived by three children, Melissa Fults (Mark Wright), Pauline (Mike) Bain and Jason Fults of McMinnville; six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren; three brothers, John (Peanut) (Emmajean) Fults of Rock Island, TN, Audie (Jamie) Fults and Ernie (Pat) Fults of McMinnville; four sisters, Juanita (Gary) Harmon of Grundy Co., TN, Frankie (Granville) Gann of Hillsboro, TN; Wilsie Marie Parsley (Charles Farless) of McMinnville and Patricia (Craig) Hale of Smithville, TN. Several nieces and nephews also survive. Funeral service will be 2:00 p.m. Sunday, October 11, 2015 in High's Chapel with John Hankins officiating. Interment will follow in the Hebron Cemetery. Visitation will be 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Saturday, October 10, 2015 and 9:00 a.m. Sunday until time of service at High's.
