Rosemary Simons Craven

McMinnville, TN resident and Warren County, TN native Rosemary Simons Craven, age 69, was born March 28, 1946 and died October 22, 2015 at her residence following a sudden illness. A secretary with the State of Tennessee Department of Human Services and a member of Arlington Church of Christ, she was the daughter of the late Ben and Lula Durham Simons. She was married October 16, 1964 to John Thomas Craven, Sr. who preceded her in death on October 6, 2013. In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by brother, Edward Simons; and brother-in-law, Gerald McGregor. She is survived by son and daughter-in-law, John Thomas and Donna Craven, Jr. of Hermitage, TN; two sisters and brother-in-law, Betty McGregor of Smyrna, TN and Dot and Tommy Arrington of Mt. Juliet, TN; and several nieces and nephews also survive. Funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, October 25, 2015 in High's Chapel with Jon Simmons officiating. Burial will follow in Smyrna Cemetery. Visitation will be from 3:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. Saturday and from 10:00 a.m. until 1:30 p.m. Sunday at High's.
