Emma Wright

McMinnville, TN resident and Milan, TN native Emma Wright, age 78, was born January 13, 1937 and died October 25, 2015 at NHC Healthcare in McMinnville following an extended illness. A homemaker and a member of the Church of Christ, she was preceded in death by parents, James and Eva Thomas. She was married to W.T. Wright who preceded her in death in 2000. In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by three brothers, James, Ben and Burl Thomas; and three sisters, Sadie Thomas, Pauline Phillips and Alberta Wayne. She is survived by daughter, Carolyn Lynn Wright of McMinnville. Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Thursday, October 29, 2015 at High's. There will be no service at High's. A private graveside service and interment will be held in Gibson County Memory Gardens in Humboldt, TN.
