Beverly Ann "Buzzy" Eubanks

Beverly Ann "Buzzy" Eubanks, age 55, a McMinnville, TN resident and Warren County, TN native died November 23, 2015 in Stonecrest Medical Center following an extended illness. She was an employee of the Warren County School System, member of the First Assembly of God Church and daughter of the late William Corbin and Nellie Lewis McCormick. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by paternal grandparents, James and Maggie McCormick and maternal grandparents, Bishop and Lucy Tucker. Mrs. Eubanks was married August 1, 1979 to James Kenneth Eubanks who survives. She is also survived by children, Misty (Dustin) Cherry and Matt (Whitney) Eubanks both of McMinnville; grandchildren, Brooklyn, Kaylee and Brayden Cherry and Alyssa and Leah Eubanks; sisters, Mariecha (Richard) McCormick, Linda Bates and Brenda (Carl) McGinness all of McMinnville and brothers, David Lynn (Barbara) Bates, Nathern E. "Hank" Bates, Joe (Treva) McCormick, Ricky Lee (Louise) McCormick and Bobby McCormick (Liz Beard) all of McMinnville. All of her friends at West Elementary also survive. Funeral service will be 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, November 25, 2015 in High's Chapel with Sammy Lee to officiate. Interment will follow in Mt. View Cemetery. Visitation will be 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Tuesday, November 24, 2015 and 8:00 a.m. Wednesday until time of service at High's.
